Julian is incredibly skilled at this type of work (I have seen him in action) and I hope to have a guest post by him on the site in the not too distant future. He has pithily and creatively brought to life Marshak’s ideas, which are some of the most useful and relevant for practitioners who want to understand the shadow side of organisational change more fully.
